Benchmark-serialization

This command benchmarks the serialization and deserialization performance of a generated MAVLink packet. It uses BenchmarkDotNet to measure span-based serialization, deserialization, execution time, and managed memory allocations.

The command does not connect to a vehicle or route MAVLink traffic.
